Inspectors arrive anonymously, pay as regular guests and rate the cuisine and the overall experience according to a point system. <\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s why we are delighted that PaB <strong>Donau has received<\/strong> <strong>a<\/strong> 13\/20 <strong>rating<\/strong> <strong>and 2 <\/strong> <strong>caps <\/strong> in the <strong>Gault&amp;Millau Slovakia<\/strong> guide <strong>. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 &#091;&#093;\">What does this mean for us?<\/h2>\n<p>For us, it is a confirmation that the path we are on makes sense.  <strong>A modern urban enterprise by the Danube,<\/strong> where the Austro-Hungarian classic has its place, but in a way that belongs to Bratislava today.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not about &#8220;having a label&#8221;.
