You don’t have to go to Vienna. We have a Vienna veal schnitzel that even Franz Joseph I would have had for his birthday lunch.
Tafelspitz? In our country, the Emperor would have asked for him a second time. And that didn’t happen often.
At PaB Donau, we cook honestly, from recipes that have survived the monarchy, we’ve just ironed them a bit, tweaked them and thrown them into an urban coat.
Our kitchen is run by Anton Meszároš, a chef who believes that the only hell belongs in the mouth. And that even imperial food should taste like normal people.

A wine list that has refinement
Don’t compromise on the wine list at PaB Donau. Search VIAJUR our own winery, located in the historic cellars of the Pálffy Manor in Svätý Jur.
JurSecco? Slovakia’s answer to prosecco, fresh, charming and ideal for both cutting and celebration.

And when you’re feeling quiet, we’ll pour from boutique Slovak wines or the best of what comes to us from Italy and France or Austria.
