On September 4, “local” chef Anton Meszároš and Patrik Andrejčák from ARTE Restaurant will come together at PaB Donau in Bratislava’s Eurovea. This unique collaboration between the two chefs will feature a fantastic tasting menu and a truly memorable culinary experience. You can be there—and take a little trip back in time.

I like it when food has a story—that’s 30% of the success,” says Patrik Andrejčák, Head Chef at the fine-dining ARTE Restaurant. That’s one reason why, at this elegant restaurant under his leadership, you can enjoy, for example, tomato butter, which was inspired by his memories of vacations at his grandmother’s house. Those vacations were filled with the scent of fresh bread with butter and tomatoes from her own garden. Today, Patrik Andrejčák uses stories like this to give his exclusive fine dining experience a unique touch.

An original event will also be based on a similar principle Two Heads, One Table, which will take place September 4 at PaB Donau in collaboration with his colleague and friend Anton Meszároš, the head chef of this well-known Bratislava restaurant on the Danube embankment. The Flavors of Childhood, Reimagined

We’ve based our concept on a return to traditional flavors, but we prepare them in a completely original way,” reveals Anton Meszároš. “We’re going back to retro recipes that will take our guests back to their childhood. But we’re taking them to a whole new level. ,” he adds.

Even if you’re already familiar with PaB Donau’s menu, this will be an opportunity to experience this cuisine from a new perspective. The chefs have already revealed that the menu will include a traditional cucumber salad—but prepared as a dessert. And what does a Živánska look like when prepared by top chefs?
